We will prepare a proof of your paperweight design for free. We will prepare new proofs and work with you on the design until it is to your liking.
Shipping is FREE for all orders of $25.00 or more, via 1st Class Postal mail.* There is a nominal charge for the 1st Class mail shipping option for orders less than $25.00, ($2.00 in most cases). We offer expedited shipping methods from UPS for an additional cost. Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on your zip code and the weight of the order, and are provided by UPS at the time of checkout.
*Although the 1st Class mail shipping method is free, it is the slowest shipping method available, and in some cases it can take in excess of 10 business days to receive your order. The U.S. postal service does not guarantee a delivery time frame for 1st Class mail, so we have no way of knowing exactly how long it will take them to delivery your order. If your order is time-sensitive, we suggest using one of our UPS shipping methods.
Our Low-Price Guarantee!
We feel confident that we offer the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. On occasion, it may appear that one of our competitors is offering a lower price on a comparable product. Be sure to compare ALL costs involved, as some companies will charge setup fees and exaggerated shipping charges to make up the difference.
If you find a lower price from one of our competitors, follow these steps to take advantage of our Low Price Guarantee:
- Verify that you are comparing the same product,
- Email or fax a copy of the competitors quote or advertised price and the product specifications to our customer support specialists
When we confirm the information we will reply with your Low Price quote.
Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to sales tax and shipping charges.

Money Back Guarantee / Return Policy
At Paperweight Country, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Paperweight Country within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
If we made a mistake when producing your item(s), (ie. misspelled name, wrong name, wrong item, etc.), or if your item is damaged or defective, you can return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price, or we will replace the item at no cost to you. This includes any shipping charges involved in returning the item or shipping your new item.
If you receive your purchase and it has been produced correctly, and you are dissatisfied with the item(s), you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or returning the item(s) for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping costs.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Name Tag Country reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
How to return or exchange an item:
- > In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number,
- > To request an RMA number online click here. Be sure to include your order number with your request,
- > To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 800-206-4099,
- > If we shipped your order by 1st Class mail, seal the merchandise back inside the box and include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect. Write "Return to Sender" on the outside of the box and drop it in the nearest U.S. Post Office receptacle,
- > If we shipped your order by UPS, and you are returning the merchandise because of our error, we will issue a call tag to UPS for pickup of the package,
- > The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box,
- > Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless you are returning the merchandise because of our error. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
